Refund policy

As a consumer purchasing from Winterpaw, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us in writing (email is sufficient) before the 14-day period expires. You must then return the item within 14 days of notifying us. The item must be returned in substantially the same condition as received.

We will refund the full purchase price, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice — provided we have received the returned item or proof of return shipment. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Defective or incorrect items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven). Please contact us immediately at winterpawmusic@gmail.com
