Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Winterpaw's online store and any purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Prices and payment: All prices are listed in NOK and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Order confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation by email. This constitutes our acceptance of your order and forms a binding agreement.

Delivery: We aim to dispatch orders within [X] business days. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.

Consumer rights: As a Norwegian consumer, you are protected by the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven) and the Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven). Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

Governing law: These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved by Norwegian courts, with Oslo District Court as the agreed venue, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

Notwithstanding the above, consumers residing in the European Union retain all rights granted to them under the mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have as an EU consumer that cannot be waived by contract.
